We offer FREE returns & exchanges that are easy and hassle-free. If the fit isn't quite right or the graphic not what you expected, please return or exchange your purchase. We want you to LOVE your Jumpbox Fitness apparel!
For our U.S. customers, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com for a pre-paid mailing label. Simply put the label on your package (you can reuse the pouch it came in if it's still intact) and drop it in any USPS mailbox. It's that simple!
Mail the item(s) back to us using the Customer Service provided pre-paid mailing label. It's free and can go out with the US Mail.
1. The item(s) and its original packaging
2. Your Packing Slip
3. Your name, address, email, and phone (if not on the packing slip)
4. Reason for the return so we may continue to improve our products.
5. Whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If exchange, indicate which item and size you would like

Items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund unless defective.
· Allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card
· Returned items must be in saleable condition. Jumpbox Fitness reserves the right to deny refund or exchange for items which are no longer in saleable condition.
· Any item(s) returned after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are defective.
